Apply this powder foundation to prepped skin.
For lighter coverage, use a fluffy brush like the 168S Brush.
To build coverage, apply with the included sponge applicator or a 170S Brush. Store sponge in the compartment underneath the powder instead of on top of the powder.

I've been using MAC products and studiofix since the 90's. I don't like this new formulation. It's dry and powdery. The color is still the same and the coverage is mostly the same but my compact is dry, crumbly and powdery. It's making a mess in my cosmetic's bag.
Finding a new foundation!!!!
I've been a loyal mac user for over 20 years. Unfortunately, after this new formula came out I will be looking for a new compact. The color selections (specifically for lighter skin tones) are terrible. I could tell immediately when applying product to the brush that it was different. After using for less then a week I pulled it out and the entire thing had crumbled. I returned it and got another and im pretty sure its going to happen. I'm extremely disappointed in Mac and their recent changes. I will definitely not buy this product again.
I miss the old formula!
I've been using this powder for over 10 years! Much to my surprise the formula has changed. It does not contain talc, has a refillable pan, is actually smaller than the old and the shades are insanely off. I was able to exchange for another shade luckily HOWEVER my face is left shiny, textured and orange!! Not good and not happy with how much I spent and have spent on this product!
New formula
I have used this powder for 10 years.. my favorite every day wear. Went to get a new one to find a new formula. That is horrible!! And the color shades are not the same! Never changef my color and now it is soooo orange! Im so upset!

Unlike the old formula the new version is powdery in a bad way. It doesn't cover as much as the old formula did...I'd say it doesn't even cover half as good as the old one did. I've been a loyal mac costumer for 20 years and I'm sad i must find a new foundation but I won't be spending my money on angel face type of makeup.
