Apply this powder foundation to prepped skin.
For lighter coverage, use a fluffy brush like the 168S Brush.
To build coverage, apply with the included sponge applicator or a 170S Brush. Store sponge in the compartment underneath the powder instead of on top of the powder.

This WAS my go to for 20+ years
I started wearing Studio Fix in 2001. I'd stock up and buy 4-6 at a time to last me for a l Anyway, apparently shades changed since I last bought. I night during beauty week and had to return. They said I should've shade matched. I said I've been wearing it 25 years how would I have known to rematch? Anyway, I did rematch and the worker tried to say I went from NC 20 to NW 18? I said now I'm warm instead of cool? Okayyy. She put it on for me to see and it absolutely did not match at all. So sad. It was my go to!
Very disappointed.
I didn't know they changed the shade! I got my first one at the airport (old design) and I loved it, used it for 2 years, you couldn't tell that I was wearing powdered foundation at all, it was giving natural skin. I ran out and I was excited to order it again but to my surprise the shade was not the same and it was very cakes I looked like a ghost with it on.
I will not be purchasing this product!

Absolutely hate the new CAKEY formula
I have been a loyal MAC Studio fixed powder plus foundation fan for 20 years and love how it gives me a flawless finished with matte clear skin! The new formula is unmatched and cakey. I'm now on the hunt for other brands to replace what I lost or find something similar that I can tolerate. MAC lost me a loyal customer for 20 years for all their makeup products I bought from blush to lipstick to mascara and makeup brushes. So upset!! Bring it back!
