Sustainable Packaging

Through Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty™, we're recognizing brands that are making efforts to improve packaging sustainability. To qualify, at least 50% of a brand’s total packaging, by weight, sold at Ulta Beauty must be made from recycled or bio-sourced materials, or be recyclable or refillable.*

Eva NYC

Eva NYC packaging is 100% recyclable, with packaging made from materials like 25% recycled aluminum and up to 97% post-consumer recycled plastic. Bottles can be recycled curbside, and components can be recycled through TerraCycle and the Pact Beauty Packaging Collection bin at select Ulta Beauty stores. Eva NYC is a B Corp Certified and Climate Neutral Certified brand dedicated to doing good for your hair and the planet.

Sugardoh

Sugardoh is on a mission to become the most environmentally sustainable hair removal brand around. Sugardoh's packaging is responsibly sourced with 90% made from recyclable glass, aluminum or paper. The jars are crafted from durable glass so they can be reused or repurposed for storage or travel. Sugardoh believes in making hair removal gentle and kinder to the earth (and our skin!).

Biolage

Biolage is committed to creating products that help minimize impact on the environment. From formulas to packaging, our products are produced through responsible manufacturing. With sustainability in mind, all product packaging is made of up to 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.

Ulta Beauty x Pact

We’re partnering with Pact Collective, a nonprofit working to help end packaging waste by collecting hard-to-recycle beauty empties so less end up in landfills.

Ulta Beauty has pledged that by 2025, 50% of assortment packaging sold will be made from recycled or bio-sourced materials, or be recyclable or refillable.

Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty™ standards do not apply to products on clearance.
