Apply this powder foundation to prepped skin.
For lighter coverage, use a fluffy brush like the 168S Brush.
To build coverage, apply with the included sponge applicator or a 170S Brush. Store sponge in the compartment underneath the powder instead of on top of the powder.
For additional coverage and wear, buff Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 onto skin using the 159S Brush before applying the powder.|To use as a setting powder, apply with the 240S Brush to your T-zone area and the 187S Brush all over the face.

I ordered the new studio fix powder plus foundation and I love the color, this brand has always been my favorite, However, the new design should come with a warning that the powder can fall out. While I was using it, the round container inside that has the powder slipped right out of the case and broke all over the floor. I have only had it for a week and now its broken. I had no idea that this new design could slip out like that, there was no warning or disclosure about it and now its worthless. It should only be able to come out with a small tool or something while being replaced, not to be able to fall out while using it. Bad design!

I've been a MAC user for years, but this formula change hasn't worked for me. The product is now much more powdery, and more ends up falling off than actually getting on the brush. I'm going through the product at a MUCH faster rate than I used to because of the powdery consistency. This is a flop and I wish they would return to the old formula.

MAC changed the formula and colors a while ago, and the product is meh at best now. It doesn't provide as much coverage, doesn't wear as well, and the compact doesn't last nearly as long. The colors are difficult to match my skin to. I've tried 3 so far and not found one that works (visited two Nordstroms to keep trying with no luck). One so off it sits in my bathroom half used, and the color recommended here to replace my old one is ever more off than that. After more than 3 decades of wearing this, I'm sad to say I'll have to move on. Very disappointing…

This powder foundation is my new favorite! I see a lot of people saying they don't like the new formula but to be honest I never tried the old one so I'm not sure but what I do know is this powder locks my makeup in with such a beautiful finish I'm obsessed.
