    How To Use

Saturate hair with water, and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used.

    Pro Tips:

    • Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends.
    • Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen.
    • Silver, Silver Blue, Light Pink and Platinum are geared towards the light blondes.
    • The Silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, Platinum will brighten blonde hair, Silver Blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

Precaution: This product may cause skin irritation on certain individuals. A preliminary patch and strand test should be performed before use. This product must not be used for dying the eyelashes or eyebrows. Rinse immediately with water if eye contact occurs.Direct Dyes should not be removed with ammonia/peroxide. If you are making a drastic color change, consult a salon professional.

    Q
Is it normal for it to cause my scalp to burn immediately while applying then later it feels like my whole head where my hair is is in flames AND for my hair to fall out??
    Asked by Mira
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. It’s not normal for the product to feel hot or cause hair shedding. If you experience a reaction like that, we always recommend washing it off immediately, as something on your hair or scalp may be reacting to the product. Reactions can happen because everyone has different sensitivities too, which is why the instructions on the bottle always suggests doing a strand test before applying the product all over your head — this helps ensure you don’t experience any issues. Could you please send us your proof of purchase, the location where it was purchased, and the lot number from the bottom of the bottle? I’ll pass this information along to our lab for further investigation. Please email your response to Voeurn@unitedhaircare.com Thank you.Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
my natural hair is a dirty blonde, then i was bleach blonde, now i have dyed brown hair. it has faded an orange/ red tint. would the mocha color work to get rid of the tint and back to brunette ? and will this product also fade into an orange/ red tint?
    Asked by cate
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Thank you so much for reaching out — that’s a great question! Our Mocha shade is a cooler-toned mocha, which means it will help cancel out some of the red and orange tones in your hair. We always recommend doing a strand test first to determine the ideal number of applications and timing needed to achieve your desired tone before applying it all over. Our Keracolor products are semi-permanent, so they’re designed to deposit color only, not lift existing color. And since our colors are buildable, you can do as many applications as needed in one day to achieve your perfect look. I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Is this good for maintaining gray coverage?
    Asked by B
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Thank you for reaching out — that’s a great question! Keracolor is a semi-permanent pigment line, which means it does not fully cover gray hair, as gray hair usually requires permanent pigments for full coverage. Our Keracolor line is designed for switching up your look quickly and easily, since it’s not permanent. I hope this helps clarify things! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
How often should i use this product ?
    Asked by Gigi
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Hi, Thanks for reaching out- that's a great question! For most hair types, using Clenditioner 1–2 times per week is ideal. This frequency allows you to maintain color vibrancy without over-saturating your hair. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Can I use lavender on salt and pepper grey?
    Asked by dizzle
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Hi, Thanks so much for reaching out—that’s a great question! Keracolor isn’t formulated to cover gray hair, as the line contains semi-permanent pigments, so that’s why we don’t recommend using it on gray hair. On salt-and-pepper hair, the color will mostly show up on the white or gray strands, creating a soft pastel or lavender tint. Darker natural strands may show little to no color unless they’re pre-lightened first. For best results, we always recommend doing a strand test first to determine the number of applications and timing needed to achieve your desired color and tones. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
does this product stain your sink or shower tiles
    Asked by D
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Great question! Some colors may stain white sinks and bathtubs. Depending on your color choice, some dyes have a higher concentration than others. We recommend using gloves, dark or old towels, as well as washing the product off surfaces right away for protection from any stains. I hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
I have naturally black hair/roots but it is bleached a warm honey blonde, will all the color eventually fade out back to the bleached blonde? And will it leave any green or blue weird hues in my hair?
    Asked by Cece
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Thank you for reaching out — that’s a great question! Yes, certain colors aren’t recommended for specific starting levels or pre-lightened hair. We always suggest reviewing the recommendations on the back of the bottle for the best results. You can also visit our Keracolor website for guidance on identifying your starting level and selecting the right shade. Because I don’t know what your hair currently looks like or which color you’re asking about, it’s a bit difficult to say exactly what the outcome will be. That’s why we always recommend checking the product guidelines. Let us know if you have more details or further questions — we're happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Would this be a good option to use for a temporary hair color that will wash away ?
    Asked by M.G
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Yes, Keracolor Clenditioners are a great option for that — that's exactly what they’re designed for! They contain semi-permanent pigments, so the color will gradually fade over time with regular washing. If you'd like to speed up the fading process, you can use a clarifying shampoo or our Fade Effect shampoo, both of which help remove the pigments more quickly. Let us know if you have any other questions — we're happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
    How long does it last?
    Asked by Joselyn
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
It’s a buildable semi-permanent color, so the more often you use it, the more pigment builds up — and the longer it lasts. If you're looking to remove it more quickly, you can wash more frequently, use a clarifying shampoo, or try our Fade Effect shampoo, which is specially formulated to help fade the color faster. Q
With Dark brown hair can I use honey to lighten it
    Asked by Lily
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Hi! Thanks for reaching out — that’s a great question. No, semi-permanent hair colors do not lift your natural color; they only deposit color onto the hair. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us — that’s a great question! To better assist you, could you please let us know your starting level and color? You could use Mocha to help tone down red tones in the hair. The final result will depend on the timing and the number of applications, so we recommend adjusting both based on the depth of tone and color you’re aiming to achieve. We always recommend doing a strand test first to determine the best approach and ensure you get the results you want. M hair color is what my ULTA Stlist and I would call "carmel.." M stlist achieved this color for me b appling an allover foil (natural color: cool ver dark brow with aboutt 20% gra although d/t complexion and e color and warm toned otherwise).. I also have routine keratin treatments for frizz reduction/straightening. Which color of the ones listed for "Color and Conditioner" would you recommend to help maintain a carmel (quite deep) color between every approximate six week salon visits?
    Asked by Curious Cat
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Thank you for reaching out to us — that’s a great question! We always recommend doing a strand test first to determine the ideal number of applications and timing needed to achieve your desired color and tones. When working with highlighted hair, we suggest proceeding with caution, as the lighter blonde pieces can sometimes pick up unwanted tones if you're not intending to color them. To help prevent this, you can use foils to separate and protect the highlighted sections from the areas you're coloring. Without seeing your hair, it's a bit difficult to give fully accurate advice, as results can vary depending on your starting level, condition, and existing tones. We hope this helps! What if your grey roots are coming in?
    Asked by Rina
Official Answer By Keracolor - BE
Thank you for reaching out — that’s a great question! We don’t recommend using the Color+ Clenditioners on gray hair, as they contain semi-permanent pigments that aren’t formulated to cover gray. Gray hair typically requires using permanent color for proper coverage. While you might see some tonal blending or subtle changes, it's also possible there won’t be any noticeable effect if you do try it on yourself. I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. Have a great day!Was this answer helpful to you

    YESSSSSSSSSSSSS

I have been using this brand for about a year now, so I am SO EXCITED this is at Ulta (I just bought some and I'm bummed I didn't see this was on Ulta, missed out on those points...next time though!) I use the Light Pink and I love it so much. It's best to apply it through your hair like a normal ...

    Silver Blue Is Not Good

I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

What ever you do, do NOT buy this product. It made my scalp feel like it was in flames and then after that it made my scalp burn so badly, I couldn't sleep. It also caused hair loss, dyed my scalp lavender, and doesn't work. It's a waste of money. Now I am up at midnight writing this review all because of my scalp feeling like it's in flames and burning. So no, DO NOT waste money on this product.

My hair was bleached professionally and overlapped to the point of breakage. My hair was also pretty porous from the bleaching, and the toner put into it faded incredibly fast leaving me with banding, dry, uneven and broken hair. I didn't want to dye it again, and wanted to baby it for a while so I didn't have to chop a significant amount off. Let me tell you I LIVE this stuff. Not only is it quick and easy - I don't have to use shampoo, conditioner and a mask - just this one product, but it smells very high end. It's a mild spa like scent. It also leaves me hair air drying to a beautiful smooth wave. No frizz. After using it for about 2 weeks, I have no breakage, even, slightly deeper color, and softer hair. Anyone who has dryness or damage, I recommend this to. It's a really gentle cleanser but it does clean your roots well so you won't have greasiness, while moisturizing your ends.
