Saturate hair with water, and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used.
Pro Tips:
- Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends.
- Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen.
- Silver, Silver Blue, Light Pink and Platinum are geared towards the light blondes.
- The Silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, Platinum will brighten blonde hair, Silver Blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

- Q
Will this cover grey hair?
- Asked by Ann
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEOur products contain semi permanent direct dye pigments so they are not recommended for full gray coverage. You may see some gray blending from certain colors. However, not all gray hair will pick up the color; some people have great results and some do not see anything. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Can i mix this with my current conditioner?
- Asked by Sandy
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEWe do not recommend mixing Clenditioner with products from other brands. If you'd like to dilute your Clenditioner further, we suggest mixing it with our No Color Clenditioner! I hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

I have platinum color and want to know if I can use the Silver clenditioner to put more silver instead?
- Asked by Laura
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEGreat question! Silver can be used to create more of a silver look in the hair. However, we do not recommend silver if you have warm, yellow-toned blonde hair, as our silver Clenditioner contains a blue base. The combination of yellow hair and the blue base may result in a greenish hue or cause the color to fade to green. This is why we recommend platinum for blondes, as our platinum has a purple base that helps neutralize the warmth in yellow-toned blondes. Was this answer helpful to you

I want to dye my hair purple but not sure if i want to commit to it does this last as long as traditional hair dye
- Asked by Lillian
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEGreat question! Our Color + Clenditioners contain semi-permanent direct dye pigments and will gradually fade out from hair. The amount of time the product will last in hair depends on the condition and porosity of the hair, as well as the intensity of the shade. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Do you recommend using this on color treated hair? I have bleached and dyed my hair a dark violet, I'm interested in using a color depositing shampoo such as this one to keep the color vibrant and keep it from fading. I actually like the merlot color because I'd like my violet to go more plum.
- Asked by Cee
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEGreat question! Yes, these work perfectly for refreshing your already colored hair between salon visits. Many people like to refresh their hair 1-2 times a week when they notice it’s in need of a little extra TLC.Was this answer helpful to you

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS
I have been using this brand for about a year now, so I am SO EXCITED this is at Ulta (I just bought some and I'm bummed I didn't see this was on Ulta, missed out on those points...next time though!) I use the Light Pink and I love it so much. It's best to apply it through your hair like a normal ...

Silver Blue Is Not Good
I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

Love it
This product gets a lot of love and hate!! I have used the Mocha, Merlot and Auburn colors on my hair and have had no issues with seeing the color. The bleached parts, the color payoff is more noticeable but on my dark brown hair I can see rhe color in the sun. This isnt a permanent hair coloring system so it can't lift your hair, only deposit pigments to your current level. The pump is a con because its almost impossible to open. I always have to google how to open the pump. Or i just unscrew it and dump out the product in a bowl. Easier to dump out. I get multiple applications with this product. I do believe the Mocha shade has green undertones so if you go to bleach your hair with it on, your hair can pull green. The correct toner should correct that. My hair feels healthy and soft after using. I have also put auburn on top of merlot with no issues. Hair hasn't broken or fallen out. Just like with any color, you will need to wear gloves. Light staining to tub compared to other color depositing pigments. Artic Fox and Unicorn Hair(will never use again because of the staining to everything including my face the next day from sleeping) are way way worse. Once rinsed out, it doesn't come off on clothes, pillows, face while sleeping, hands when fixing hair (UH did), doesn't stain nails from touching hair (UH did), and is the least messy of the ones I've tries.
Not bad
It worked on my hair and the only con is that the color does get on your hands and on the shower rolls, but also makes your hair feel really dry
Better when it's dry hair
It definitely adds the pigment I need to maintain my red hair!

Color Boost
I have virgin light brown hair with a good amount of red tones - I purchased the auburn color and applied to dry hair for 30 minutes then rinsed. This gave me such a rich color boost - a few shades darker with lovely copper mixed in. It was an impulse buy for a temporary refresh (I tend to get bored with my hair but don't want to commit to anything permanent). I can't comment on how it fades yet, but I'm very happy with the result and would definitely recommend.
