Weird oily hair
I had high hopes for this product. I was looking for a shampoo that would help prolong my color, not dry my hair out, but also not leave my hair oily. I've given this shampoo several trials, and every time after using it, my hair is extremely greasy. Even after blow drying it, I have to add dry shampoo after just washing my hair bc its so oily. I dont know why the product is resulting in this but I hate it.
Formula change 2025
I've been buying this for ~10 years and it's had the same great cranberry oil scent. The formula is now without the cranberry and now it just smells like chemicals. I'll be switching to a different shampoo/conditioner, sadly.

At first use I thought I liked it, but after a few washes realized it tends to weigh my hair down and is pretty oily the next day. I have straight, color treated hair, so washing super often is not ideal. I have rinsed well, in cool/cold water, have used less..nothing has made a difference. Wanted to love it, but don't.
