Saturate hair with water and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used. Pro Tips: Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends. Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen. Silver, silver blue, light pink and platinum are geared towards the light blondes. The silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, platinum will brighten blonde hair, silver blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

Silver Blue Is Not Good
I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

Adds color but for So many reasons … don't recommend
This product has left my scalp extremely greasy, despite me thoroughly washing with a detached showerhead. It also bleeds on towels, and can get your shower curtain too if you're not careful enough. On the bright side, it has helped to replenish the color in my hair that has already been dyed red at a salon. If your hair is not already red, this is not a product you should use to expect receiving much color.
Not worth it!
This did NOTHING to my grey or my hair color at all!! Regular purple shampoo works better. Don't bother.
Easy, subtle color
I use this every two weeks or so to add color to my hair. I use it like I would my normal conditioner, on wet hair, and let it sit for five or so minutes. On my light brown hair, this is enough to give me dark copper/ginger hair. This is great if you want low maintenance, low commitment color.

No, I know all products don't work for everybody and I'm sure it was just my hair, but I spent a lot of money on a bottle and it did not work.

Should I use shampoo first??

How long does the hair color last

How does the purple take on silver hair

Since silver hair is such a light base, the purple will show up very vibrantly and can range from a soft lavender to a bolder purple, depending on the shade you choose and how long you leave it on.
