Saturate hair with water and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used. Pro Tips: Make sure enough product is being used. Hair should be saturated and product should be combed roots to ends. Yellow/ brassy blonde tones may play in effect with end result depending on Color + chosen. Silver, silver blue, light pink and platinum are geared towards the light blondes. The silver may turn a greenish hue IF the hair has any yellow tones, platinum will brighten blonde hair, silver blue will counter any brassy/orange tones.

- Q
can red color and conditioner be used on pure white hair?
- Asked by Barbara
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEYes — they can be used on pure white hair, but the results will likely be very intense, depending on your hair’s porosity and overall health. If your hair is highly porous or damaged, it may absorb the color darker, brighter, or more unevenly. We always recommend doing a strand test to determine processing time and the number of applications needed to achieve your desired tone and color before applying it to your entire head. We hope this helps! Please email us at info@keracolorhair.com if you need further assistance. Thank you.Was this answer helpful to you

Does the purple have cool undertones, as in, when I decide to lighten my hair in the future will it leave blue/green pigments in my hair? I had this experience with another "purple" color depositing conditioner and would like to know before purchasing.
- Asked by Purple
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEHi! Great question — and thanks so much for reaching out to us. 😊 If you are using our Purple on blonde hair-, it doesn’t turn blue. As it fades, it might leave a light lavender tint. If I misunderstood your question, please feel free to clarify — I’m happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you

One reviewer stated that you shouldnt use this on grey hair. Does the package state why? Im wanting to cover my natural greys, the rest is natural black. I have not box dyed my hair in years so theres no risk of prior color interfence. Just curious, if this is true.

- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEA Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us—that’s a great question! Keracolor Clenditioners are semi-permanent color depositing, so they are not formulated to provide gray coverage. Gray hair typically requires permanent pigments for coverage. While Clenditioners can be used on gray hair, we generally don’t recommend it, as results can vary widely. Everyone’s gray hair is different, and the outcome can depend on factors such as hair texture, porosity, and the specific shade used. We hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email us at info@keracolorhair.com. Best regards, The Keracolor TeamWas this answer helpful to you

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS
I have been using this brand for about a year now, so I am SO EXCITED this is at Ulta (I just bought some and I'm bummed I didn't see this was on Ulta, missed out on those points...next time though!) I use the Light Pink and I love it so much. It's best to apply it through your hair like a normal ...

Silver Blue Is Not Good
I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

Underrated
I have been using this for over five years and it deserves a higher rating than it gets. My color is so good, all the time, I am constantly getting compliments on it. I apply it to my naturally blonde hair after a 10 minute soap cap once every six weeks, let it set for five minutes, rinse it out, and I'm good to go. I reapply every fourth shampoo (with no soap cap first) to keep it vibrant because I like bright color, but the natural fade of it is also beautiful. My hair is soft and shiny and lightweight and my scalp is clean. This is an excellent product!
Awesome
I have tried other conditioners with color and they do not work as well as this one!! I had a balayage and missed my natural dark brown hair so i first deposited the copper clenditioner washed and dried it and directly applied the espresso clenditioner on dry hair and it transformed my hair !! If you have blonde hair it says to specifically not use the brown colors because it WILL turn ur hair green you MUST deposit an orange or red on the blonde hair to get to brown!! I also love that this product lasts a long time, I use it maybe once every 2 months and I don't even dye it with normal dye anymore cuz this product is amazing! Leaves my hair soft and i dont have to deal with the hassle and damage box dyes give and i dont have to pay a bunch of money at the salon :)
Turned my hair GREEN
Hair Type Straight Hair
I got the Mocha color to retouch my Balayage hair and I am so disappointed. It turned my hair green. The first time I washed my hair the shower water was GREEN. I'm on my third wash and the water is still green.
Not the best
The color even on blonde hair doesn't last
Not the same as it used to be
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
The formula isn't what it used to be. It's not as thick as it used to be and the color isn't as vibrant right out of the pump. It didn't have as much effect on my hair color either. I want it to be like it used to be!
