I bought this a few weeks ago and I can say I love this eyeliner. I have tried so many different ones even expensive brands and it just doesnt do the job like this one. Doesn't appeal to eyeliner or eyebrows
Today I bought this product from a dollar tree in Vegas and I was greatly disappointed, because I tried to do my eyeliner and it didn't look like the color the pencil depicted. And I tried it as a eyebrow pencil and it still didn't look like the pigment that was shown on the bottom of the pencil.

The only good thing about this eyeliner is it has pigment. This eyeliner is not sharp at all so the line is very thick and muddy looking. This eyeliner is horrible for textured skin, it drags on the eyelids and almost took out my contacts. This product is horrible for people with textured skin. Do not get.

It goes on super smooth and it is a great product for eyebrows
Not bad not great
I like this eyeliner enough for how great the price is. I use it to tightline my upper lash line and transfers to the bottom lash line, which is fine. But after a few hours it definitely moves around and smudges. I mostly dont care because I like a messy look, but if you don't like that, youll be struggling. I do have to wipe away the smudges if im out for a long day.
