Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.

I expected more
It was ok, I guess. It worked decently enough, and I liked the felt tip that didn't end up fraying. However, it was hard to fix any mistakes because the tip would rub off the eyeliner that was already there. It also dried up fairly quickly compared to other liners I've owned. Wasn't terrible, but wouldn't buy again.
What happened?!
I have been wearing the Stila liquid liner for over a decade and I don't know if they changed the formula, reduced the contents or I assume both?! The Last 5 or so I have bought have dried out in a month, I've tested other colors other than black and those are sometimes dry from the start. Not only that, but it now wears off through the day. This used to be such a great product.
Only liquid liner I'll buy for life!
After decades of rocking the cat eye liner look, I have tried a dozen liners. The Stila liquid liner is the only one that stays all day, doesn't smudge, and can withstand anything. I have tried all of the top brands, competitors, and none of them compare. Stila for life!

What happened to the quality of this eyeliner? It used to take much longer for it to dry up. Now it dries up in a week. I'm moving on to other brands.
