Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.

Formula changed
Ive been a "wing liner" girly for 20+ years. Its a staple and Stilla's waterproof liquid eyeliner has been my tried and true for easily 10 of those years. I've been loyal to Stilla consistently, even though Stilla hasnt felt loyal to me for probably 5 or more years now. - I actually was almost convinced that my husband bought me doupes one Christmas because the formula worked for one or two applications and then completely crapped out on me. I've spent SO much money on replacing my eyeliner after a deplorable amount of uses because I was SO SURE Stilla's formula was just "off" for a while there. 1. Smudging/rubbing off - As I've aged, my wings have had to adjust because my eyes have become more hooded and would smudge. -thats not on Stilla! However! The smudging and overall rubbing off due to teary eyes from allergies or a work day… formula should be lasting when its callsd "stay all day". Normal wear used to never be an issue with Stilla. 2. Patchy formula - I used to never struggle to apply or correct my wings in the past. Now days it seems like the formula dries so quickly and somehow removes previously placed liner when I am trying to correct. In fact! I have had to change up my makeup routine due to my eyelash curler picking up half of my eyeliner (even 10 mins after applying eyeliner) and then having to reapply. Thats not only a waste of my time, but it also wastes the product, which is then wasting money for an arguably expensive eyeliner on the market. I love Stilla eyeliner! I have for many years. I just want to say with my whole heart how much I support the brand when I'm being asked what I use. Please make Stilla great again.

I'm sure it works well for waterproof coverage, however the tip is very similar to the E.L.F. Liquid liner for half the price.
It used to be my holy grail
I've been using this for 10 years. However, the brown color is now dryer than before, harder to apply because the color isn't as saturated, hard to remove when it used to be easy, and then it also smudges. What changed?
