Great for specific uses

Does not budge!
I purchased this shadow in the shade Sandy Matte as it was part of the Stila Blue Eyed Bundle. They have different bundles for a variety of eye colors and I highly recommend you look for the shadow that goes with your eye color since this one definitely brings out the blue in my eyes. To apply it, I put a small swipe on my eyelid then used my finger to blend the shadow. Once it is on, it does not come off until you take it off which is a definite plus for me. If you're not sure if you want to commit because of the price point, they do offer some shades in a smaller size at a lower price.
Beginner friendly
I am usually terrible at eyeshadow (especially because I have hooded lids) so i purchased this product and omg it was so easy to use and i literally got compliments all night. Im probaby gonna buy every color! 10/10

The light blue is beautiful on olive skin/especially brown eyes. You need to use so little to get the color you want. It dries so nicely on the skin like a eyeshadow even though it's a liquid
Great eye shadow
This is a great product but stores stock is either low or out of color wanted. Have gone back several times to no avail. Guess I will have to try online.
