Doesn't appeal to eyeliner or eyebrows
Today I bought this product from a dollar tree in Vegas and I was greatly disappointed, because I tried to do my eyeliner and it didn't look like the color the pencil depicted. And I tried it as a eyebrow pencil and it still didn't look like the pigment that was shown on the bottom of the pencil.

I have been using this eyeliner for about 10 years. It doesn't smudge it doesn't budge. You don't have to worry about raccoon eyes. It goes on smoothly and stays on for up to six hours. Great product.

I have been using this eyeliner for years. I wouldn't say that it is smudge-proof, but I love it. I find that it's creamy and easy to apply. It covers well, and I honestly don't have an issue it lasting all day. Occasionally I might need to clean up an edge because of a smudge, but it really is a great product for the value.
