Overall this eyeliner was beautiful and complimented my green eyes perfectly. I loved using it and will continue to use it. However, it is worth noting that this eyeliner is not waterproof or smudgeproof, and by just wearing it in my waterline and tight line, the liner rubs off relatively quickly. I...

Horrible - does not sharpen
These simply do not sharpen. I have a reliable sharpener and this just breaks. I even tried buying a second one to see if it would sharpen better, freeze before sharpening, etc. DO NOT BUY unless you are ok with using until it is dull!!!
Can't Sharpen it!
I tested this pencil on my hand at the store. Very pigmented, soft and creamy. That's the end of my positive view of this product. You must sharpen it, but BB doesn't include a sharpener in the box. Huh? As many others have stated, it does not sharpen well and the wood in the pencil becomes very sharp and could be dangerous. I tried sharpening it a second and third time. Same thing happened. Now I'm throwing it away. Total waste of money. I'll go back to my Chanel pencil. Don't buy this product.

I bought this to take with me on a month long business trip. Barely 5 uses and it no longer works? Cant sharpen it, can't twist it up. What a waste of money.

I struggle to keep eyeliner on without smudging, and this one is my new favorite. However, not sure how they expect it to be efficiently sharpened. Either make it sharpenable, or make it twist up. Please improve this! Love the shade Cabernet.

Waterproof liner in and of itself is a great product, however the 'pencil' cannot be sharpened without losing large pieces of the liner. And, for the price a sharpener should always be included. Disappointed in this offering.
