Overall this eyeliner was beautiful and complimented my green eyes perfectly. I loved using it and will continue to use it. However, it is worth noting that this eyeliner is not waterproof or smudgeproof, and by just wearing it in my waterline and tight line, the liner rubs off relatively quickly. I...

I have been using Bobbi Brown products since I started wearing makeup and I am now almost 50. I have always been pleased with their products. Unfortunately, they have made a drastic change to their waterproof eyeliner. It once was a twist up eyeliner and they have now changed it to an actual pencil that requires sharpening. Extremely disappointed because it is impossible to actually sharpen. It breaks off the wood surrounding the actual eyeliner and it becomes sharp. I can't put it on my eyes and I've only had it for a month. Very disappointed with this product please bring back your prior eyeliner that you could twist up!

When I first purchased one of the eyeliners, I was confused there was no way to twist up the liner. So, I went to a local store and asked the Bobbi Brown consultant - she told me to just sharpen it like a pencil. Works great. I love this new eyeliner because it stays on all day and does not smudge or smear into my eye shadow. The previous BB gel liner would smudge. I'm so happy with this new formula, I also bought the navy and gray. All go on beautifully and stay on.

I LOVED the Bobbi Brown twist-up eye-liner. I am hesitant to purchase the new eye-liner because it is not twist up and will be hard to make a thin line!!!

I really like the pencil's consistency and lasting ability. However, after a few uses, the pencil tip became flat….the pencil DOES NOT sharpen!! What a huge disappointment and waste of money since it is unusable once the tip dulls.
