Not like liquid at all
I bought the shade Wine Spill, which is more warm-toned than it looks in UD's photos. I thought it would emphasize my greenish hazel eyes, but it's very a blah rusty shade. Smooth formula
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was excited to try this eyeliner from Urban Decay since I like their 24/7 liners already. This color in particular swatched smoothly on my arm and also went smoothly on to the eyelid. The brush at the end is handy for smoking out the liner, but you do have to go over it several times since the formula itself can be a little stiff. When I tried to buff it out, it did break up the liner a little bit but I went over those spots with a little more liner and it seemed to be fine. As far as tight lining with this, it's not my favorite since it did transfer on to my bottom lid easily. However, I did like it on top of my eyelid. I tested this over eyeshadow and it worse pretty well, and I have oily eyelids. I tested it out on its own with nothing on my lids and I had to set it with eyeshadow so it wouldn't break up, which worked for me. Overall, I think this has a nice and smooth formula, and the brush can be a helpful addition.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It came on such a perfect day was going to a party and couldn't find my other liner and this worked soooo well for what i needed it for and it didnt smudge and or come off for several hours! Other ones after even a couple minutes rubs off . Makes me want to do more looks with it!
Amazing Multi Use Liner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The urban decay liquid stick in black is the type of eyeliner I've been looking for. I use this product as multiuse for my eyebrows and waterline. The design is great with a brush at one end and a retractable liner in the other. I applied this product from morning at it stayed on with no smudge and the removal was easy. The pigment is also not cool toned and black. This is a product I would recommend and repurchase.
Easy to use liner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love how easily this product applies! It just glides on, such a smooth gel. The color is a fun color without being too bold. The pencil comes with a smudge brush on the other side if you want more smudged liner.
Nice natural all in one
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I'll start off with I'm used to using a pen type eyeliner so this took a little getting used to at first. I really liked these included brush to smudge and blend out the eyeliner, it gave it a nice natural look. The color was a nice deep brown that went well with my features. The one thing I didn't like is that the eyeliner broke off towards the end of the product so I missed out on a few uses and it seemed to get used up quickly. I would consider a repurchase if it was on a good sale. I fee it should last longer for the price but it's a great product!
