Doesn't appeal to eyeliner or eyebrows
Today I bought this product from a dollar tree in Vegas and I was greatly disappointed, because I tried to do my eyeliner and it didn't look like the color the pencil depicted. And I tried it as a eyebrow pencil and it still didn't look like the pigment that was shown on the bottom of the pencil.

Awesome liner. Glides on easy and stays all day.
Pulls but lasts
Theres better long lasting liners at this price so its not BAD but wouldnt recommend. It pulls upon application. I always have to warm the pencil up a bit first. Long lasting at least!

easy to apply and nice shape (i guess?) but LORD does this smudge! i have to put finishing powder all over it to make it LOCK IN and even then, it only last 40 minutes before smudging again. if it didn't smudge, 5/5. after a few hours of wear, it looks like i have eyebags and i didn't put eyeliner.
