I have used Lucca Light Brown for several years. The midlength and ends of my shoulder length hair turn coppery in the sun. I would like to try a hair gloss to bring me back to the Lucca Light Brown color. Would you suggest Miele or Crema hair gloss?

    Q
Can I dye my partially blonde bleached hair darker to match my root with this?
    Asked by Stephy
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
We’d love to help you with this hair color journey. This will be a two-step coloring process to gorgeous results. When going lighter in color, tone and pigment are removed from the hair. In order to go darker, those tones and pigments need to be reintroduced back into the hair in order for maximum tonal result and color longevity. We suggest you add warmth back into your hair with our Amaretto Gloss. For the application, we'd recommend applying this gloss first over the previous lighter sections. Let the Gloss process for 25 minutes. After that, rinse and shampoo the gloss out. Once your hair is dry, you can apply the the new color. Was this answer helpful to you

    Worked out great!

After originally dyeing my hair Bolzano Brown and it being way too red, I tried the Espresso gloss to tone down the red. Worked out great. Took a lot of the red out and made my hair a nice dark brown. Thank you Madison Reed!

    horrible results

I tried the clear glossa because my sister raved about it; also I loved my results with the Bologna Blonde color. Unfortunately, the glossa destroyed my hair, it's now broken and dried out. Removed any natural shine I had. It also lightened the color by at least two shades. Wish I'd never tried this...

Pretty impressed so far! Hoping it holds up in washings. I was able to use half the bottle to achieve this look. Half leftover for another application. It made my dull brown hair pop with shine and took my faded balayage caramel color to a beautiful auburn. Overall it reddened my hair. Which I have some natural red so it was fun to pull that out more. My hair mega shiny! Pictures posted are only a week apart for reference. Cloudy vs sunny lighting in the pics too is an important detail.

Absolutely loved the product. I used it while I did my root touch up so perfectly timed and no messy drips. Left my hair feeling so soft and silky. Smells amazing too.

Easy application. I didn't see a huge difference in shine days later. I left product on 35 minutes. I will use balance of product another time.

As I get older I just can't sit at the salon for hours anymore. My back and neck just can't take it. Not to mention the prices. I decided to try the amaretto color gloss and I could not be happier. The application was a breeze. It came right off my counter when I splattered it. I was able to do housework while I processed. And my hair looks and feels incredible. Not only will I save time, I'm going to save so much money. Please never discontinue this product or color!!
