After shampooing, gently massage Soulfood Nourishing Mask through wet hair from roots to ends. Leave the mask on for 5-7 minutes then rinse. Use Soulfood as a weekly treatment or an everyday conditioner. For even more moisture, blend in 2-3 pumps of Water Sign Hydrating Oil to Soulfood then apply.

This is the best hair mask, I use it once a week after the ouai detox shampoo. Lasts forever if you use it once a week, highly recommend!

I had high hopes for this product. but I've never had a hair mask make my hair feel so rough and dry. I will not use this again and stick with my Redken.
It does work good for hair but has silicones
So basically, it coats your hair in silicone to make it feel smoother. I also haven't really noticed a big difference in my hair. It also made my forehead break out really bad and I usually don't get breakouts so it's really odd.
