After shampooing, gently massage Soulfood Nourishing Mask through wet hair from roots to ends. Leave the mask on for 5-7 minutes then rinse. Use Soulfood as a weekly treatment or an everyday conditioner. For even more moisture, blend in 2-3 pumps of Water Sign Hydrating Oil to Soulfood then apply.

Bought this based off the many many good reviews. I was ill influenced. Tried with many different shampoo combinations. Every time I use it my hair is flat anf greasy within two days. I do have finer hair. I tried to give the mask to a friend that has thick curly hair and she said amika products do the same thing to her! So sadly I had to throw this away. Take it from me. Do not get this

Do not use this mask from roots to ends like the directions state, it left my hair way to greasy! I'm going to try it on my mid-lengths-ends and hope for better results. Hopefully that works better. Overall nice smell and you get a good amount for the price
fine hair friendly
as someone with fine hair that's prone to frizz, this is the ONLY hair conditioning product i've tried that not only makes my hair sooo silky and soft, but adds weight to it without making it feel heavy if that makes sense. my hair almost feels thicker. i only wish it were a bit more affordable bc i would use it every wash if i could.
