I have naturally white hair - no color. Which gloss should I use?
    Asked by Snow White
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
We would recommend the Glassa Clear gloss to add shine. You can also try the Crema Gloss if you have yellowing white or gray hair. This will help neutralize the unwanted yellow tones. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Which gloss will look better with Barletta Brown? Miele or Expresso?
    Asked by Njena
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
Hello! Great question — it really depends on the tone you’re going for, since both shades can work. Miele will give you a slightly warmer, softer result, while Espresso will lean more cool-toned and deeper. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
If i have light brown hair what shade should be laurachoosing
    Asked by LJ
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
This will depend on the tones you prefer in your hair. If you enjoy golden warmth, our Miele Gloss is a great option. If you prefer cooler tones and would like to add depth, Espresso is an excellent choice. If your goal is to reduce unwanted warmth without deepening the overall shade, Crema would be the best fit. In fact, all of our Glosses can be used on light brown hair—it simply comes down to the tones you’d like to enhance or neutralize. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Will this make my white hair go violet?
    Asked by Jilly
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
No, this is our Espresso Gloss. It may lightly tint grays to a cooler brown tone. The Gloss is designed to be applied over already colored hair and is best used to enhance and refresh faded tone between color applications. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
    Does this rinse clear?
    Asked by m
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
This shade will not rinse clear as it is a deeper tone designed to reduce warm tones in the hair. Once applied and washed it will then gradually fade with each wash and this is when the color will wash out clear. Was this answer helpful to you

    Q
Can I dye my partially blonde bleached hair darker to match my root with this?
    Asked by Stephy
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
We’d love to help you with this hair color journey. This will be a two-step coloring process to gorgeous results. When going lighter in color, tone and pigment are removed from the hair. In order to go darker, those tones and pigments need to be reintroduced back into the hair in order for maximum tonal result and color longevity. We suggest you add warmth back into your hair with our Amaretto Gloss. For the application, we'd recommend applying this gloss first over the previous lighter sections. Let the Gloss process for 25 minutes. After that, rinse and shampoo the gloss out. Once your hair is dry, you can apply the the new color. Was this answer helpful to you

I have virgin medium brown hair. Id like to add some light gold tones to it, can i do that with a gloss? Which one?
    Asked by LilythEvey
Official Answer By Madison Reed - Syndication
Hi! Our Color Reviving Gloss is a semi-permanent color. Semi-permanent color layers sheer pigment over your existing color. It does not have the ability to lighten hair. If you are looking to add lighter strands, we can recommend booking a highlight service. If you are looking for a slightly darker result with golden tones, we can recommend using our Miele Gloss. Was this answer helpful to you

    Worked out great!

After originally dyeing my hair Bolzano Brown and it being way too red, I tried the Espresso gloss to tone down the red. Worked out great. Took a lot of the red out and made my hair a nice dark brown. Thank you Madison Reed!

    horrible results

I tried the clear glossa because my sister raved about it; also I loved my results with the Bologna Blonde color. Unfortunately, the glossa destroyed my hair, it's now broken and dried out. Removed any natural shine I had. It also lightened the color by at least two shades. Wish I'd never tried this...

I applied a generous amount of gloss and left it sit on for the maximum recommended duration, and it added no shine or tint whatsoever. My brassy ends are still brassy and my straggly grays are still gray. Complete waste of money.

I'm not sure why this is getting bad reviews. I got the espresso color and it toned my hair really nicely. if you're looking for permanent color results, then you need a different product. this is great to use as a freshen up between colors. it gave my jair the perfect cool/ashy tone I was looking for.
