I went to Ulta yesterday to buy some lemme sleep gummies because i have been having issues falling asleep. I bought the nodpod because my sister has been raving about it. You guys….. I put it on and left my airpods in just to "try it out" as I was scrolling TikTok. I fell asleep so fast, I woke up with my airpod still in. PLEASE BUY THIS! I doubted it but now I will never sleep without it.

I brought this and just wow!!! I can't sleep without it. I purchased on sale and got one for my daughter who is pregnant. She and I love it. I always get amazing sleep.
Better sleep
A friend gave me this and it's great. Placed on my eyes the light weight/pressure on my eyes was so soothing and helped calm my brain that just can't stop. I fell asleep much quicker but after it alides off in my sleep i have to keep adjusting it.
