Nice and, Cool
This is a soothing eye pillow for me when I put it in the freezer. I actually store mine in the freezer so that it's always ready to soothe sinus pressure or tired eyes. I liked it so much that I bought one for a friend. The only negative is the price.
Game changer for sleep for me, does not block out light?
Now that I've been using this for a few months, feel like I can give a solid review. I will note that I don't lay it over my head, I use the fastener slot and wrap it around. After getting used to the feeling of the beads on the sides of my head, which took some shifting, this TOTALLY helped my sleep. I was having the worst time quieting my mind and falling asleep, and while it was still taking me some time (15-20 mins?) it was eons better than the hour it was taking me before. Helped me stay asleep, helped me ACTUALLY sleep, I'm feeling such a difference in my sleep patterns. My only qualm is that it doesn't really block out the light for me. My bf likes to fall asleep with the tv on, and I can see the flashing lights of the screen through the mask, even with my eyes closed. I've experienced this with other masks, so it's not a negative of this specifically, maybe it's my eyes! But yeah I hoped that with the thickness of this, the density, it would do…something. Alas, I survive.

all the hype, did nothing for me
This was a hot ticket item during the 21 DOB. I had read so much about it I decided to purchase it. I had it in my cart but it sold out within 2 minutes. I was determined to get it, so ordered it at the closest Ulta 20 mins away. well, it did absolutely nothing for me. Glad I got it on sale, definitely not worth the full price.
