My husband and I have started taking these & we love them already! it makes sleeping so much easier & we're never groggy in the morning. I suggest only taking 1 at first instead of 2 but u can increase ur dosage after a while!
New formula
I have been using these for over six months and was surprised how much I like them because sleep gummies had never worked for me before. But they were great. Until they weren't. Just opened the new bottle and I could tell right away from the texture and the smell that they were different. They also tasted different (not as good). The effect doesn't seem to be as immediate as the previous formulation. Not sure yet how these will fair overnight. But I think it's so disappointing when a formulation changes and they don't tell you, especially for something like a supplement. I had set up a subscription and purchase multiple bottles and now hoping I can still return.
Must Have in Sleep Routine
I have loved the Olly melatonin gummies for years and saw this and wanted to try. They both do the job, but this is such a great alternative for those who are vegan and/or GF!

It's not working out
it is ok
The price of this product is insane. Yes it makes you tired but it almost makes my sleep worse. I wake up so much more in the middle of the night when I take these. They also make you feel really bad the next morning. Just buy cheaper sleep gummies they honestly do better.
