Didn't really work
I didnt find these to be very helpful although the ingredients list appears solid. I wouldn't purchase them again.

Works good and tastes great!
The first few times I tried using only 1 gummy which worked for when I was physically tired but mentally awake. For the times I was too awake both physically/mentally, I used 2 gummies. It worked better in the first case, so if you have a lot of energy physically or get restless this might not be as helpful! Still recommend giving it a shot, it has helped me treat my insomnia with more natural ingredients. Tastes great!
