Not Worth It
I will say these are good for falling asleep quickly but for someone who needs a genuine sleep aid, this is not it. I wake up constantly in the middle of the night and STAY up, even after taking these. And for the price?? I've had better.
Not effective
Was given a sample of these & for me they didnt work. Took over an hour for me to feel sleepy. When i did take them , I woke up consistently throughout the night.

REALLY does work!!
Ive sometimes had nights where i couldnt sleep because of stress or anxiety. And I bought these gummies and honestly had low expectations. BUT they proved me WRONG. In max 20 minutes my eyes were fighting sleep and the minute i laid on my bed I was knocked out. I will say the first time did kinda have grogginess but after that i didnt have an issue waking up. Would 100% recommend !!
