I have never taken creatine before so it's hard to compare to other brands. But so far I'm about 2. 5 weeks in and super bloated, unfortunately. I know everyone's body reacts differently to creatine & some say after the first week or two it'll go away, but my stomach still looks as if I gained 10 lb...

Easy to use and tastes great! I noticed a difference in my body composition after 3 months. You need to be consistent with taking this while incorporating weight training 3-4 times per week or you won't really see results. Great alternative to taking creatine powder.

I've never used any other creatine than Arrae because it is the best. The gummies taste great and don't make me bloat, and I see results within 4 weeks of starting. My arms are more toned and I feel stronger during my workouts.
