This is why you don't see arm hair grow as long as the hair on your head can. Additionally, scalp hair and facial hair (such as chin hair) are so different that they even respond differently to things like the hormone DHT. DHT hormones circulate in the body as a result of normal testosterone metabolism in men and women, and this androgen-family hormone can actually promote facial hair growth, like on the chin and jaw. Meanwhile, DHT can impact the scalp hair growth cycle in the opposite way: by encouraging scalp hair follicles to shrink (miniaturize), causing shedding, hair thinning, and eventually scalp hair that can no longer grow. Thicker and fuller hair
My hair was thinning at the crown. Between friction from my car headrest , perimenopause and stress . I really was self conscious about my hair,. I have taken several steps to reduce hair breakage, I supplement with iron, keep my hair from touching my car headrest. Reduce my stress levels and became more conscious about eating. And finally added this product . My stylist has complimented me on how much fuller my hair is .The thinning at the frown is almost imperceptible now afte one months use. This is not the be all end all for me its a component of much lifestyle changes and conscious behaviors. Not a miracle but is complimentary to my current state of hair improvement.

I took this product for just short of 4 years. Before it was offered through Ulta. The ingredients are good. And I didnt have any negative reactions. But it didn't do anything to help my hair grow more. I took the pills religiously every day. I also got the hair serum. The shampoo and conditioner. I really wanted this to work for me. But after almost 4 years I had to face reality and admit it did nothing for me. Maybe whatever was causing my hair to fallout/thin etc wasnt something this product helps. idk. I do know that when I went on actual medication for hair growth, I finally saw an improvement. This may work for you but it definitely didn't for me. I 100% paid for all my products and this is an honest review.
