I have very thin, fine hair. I've been losing more and more it seems over the past 6 months. I read great reviews about Nutrafol and decided to bite the bullet. Boy do I regret it! Great conditioner
I received this complimentary from Nutrafol and have been using the matching root purifier shampoo. I really like that it has postbiotics as it's the first time I've ever tried something like that in my haircare routine. I leave it for a few minutes before washing it out. I think it does help prevent my hair from being too dry, which will really help with my fragile, thin hair.

Since it's called the "Strand Defender," I expect this bottle to defend my hair from my daily heat damage and existential dread. Honestly? It's so lightweight it feels like absolutely nothing, but my hair wakes up looking like a silk waterfall. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all, which is a literal vibe for my fine strands. This conditioner is a must have! In combination with the Root Purifier shampoo they both give my scalp a spa-like treatment. After washing with the shampoo my hair feels clean and refreshed but not dry, and the Strand Defender conditioner makes my hair so soft and easy to brush through. Together they are a powerful duo! Doesn't weigh my thin hair down!
This condition that I received complimentary from nutrafol is so good to my hair. I've been using it for a while now and my hair feels so soft every time. I naturally have thin curly hair and this works so well with my hair type. My curls are not weight down at all. My hair feels soft, bouncy and has volume.
