I received this product complimentary from nutrafol. It was easy to incorporate into my morning routine. I have a mild receding hairline, and It was hard to tell if this product caused any regrowth to my overall hair.

These supplements were gifted by Nutrafol in exchange for my honest review. I first want to mention how easy they were to incorporate into my routine. I take a multivitamin along with other medications as well, and adding this supplement did not affect me in any negative way. I have taken them consistently for 90 days and have noticed results. My hair is stronger and I have significantly less breakage than before. I also have noticed increased density around my hair line which is absolutely fantastic. I can't wait to continue use.
