90 days in; encouraged by the progress
I received this product complimentary from Nutrafol . My husband has been taking Nutrafol Men consistently for the past 90 days, and it's been an easy addition to his daily routine. We know hair growth supplements usually take at least 6 months to show their full potential, so we weren't expecting dramatic results this early. That said, comparing his before and after photos, his scalp already appears to have better coverage, especially around the crown, and his hair looks healthier and feels stronger. We're really encouraged by the progress so far and are excited to see how his results continue to improve over the coming months.

complimentary from nutrafol. Overall, I feel indifferent about this supplement. I didn't see any decrease in hair shedding or substancial hair regrowth. I personally won't keep taking it because it leaves such a gross over taste.
