Possibly regrowth
I received this product complimentary from nutrafol. It was easy to incorporate into my morning routine. I have a mild receding hairline, and It was hard to tell if this product caused any regrowth to my overall hair.

Incredible
gifted by nutrafol but all opinions my own - or rather, my husbands! My husband has struggled with his hair growth for a long time, and especially the lack of fullness. I got him to agree to use this for the last 2 months, going on 3, and we actually see new baby growth coming in! His hair looks fuller, and he feels a lot more confident. He literally asked me to order more, so I'd say this is a win!

Gifted by Nutrafol Nutrafol is an incredibly effective supplement that is so easy to integrate into a daily routine. My boyfriend began to use them and the results truly speak for themselves. Beyond just the improvements in his hair, we were surprised to see other benefits; his nails, for instance, have started to grow significantly faster and stronger. It's been amazing to see such a visible transformation from the inside out.
Quality ingredients
I got this due to the wonderful lineup of ingredients. I'm really impressed to see such quality in a hair supplement brand, the ashwagandha also has other benefits like helping me to relax. I think I could see further results with longer use but overall the ingredients do appear useful for hair growth/thickness.
