Love this serum! It's lightweight, not greasy at all, no itching, and makes my hair look fuller. I tried it because my hair was falling out in clumps. The very first time I used it, my hair fallout immediately stopped. I'm not exaggerating either. I have POTS/EDS/MCAS (and hard water) and this is the only product that has consistently helped with my hair loss. I apply the serum on my dry scalp/roots in between wash days.

I have only been using for a few weeks so its hard to say how effective it is. What I will say that I appreciate is that it really is a serum you can use every day, it is a lightweight liquid that doesn't leave your hairline/scalp waxy or greasy. The dropper is easy to use as well. I was gifted by nutrafol but this is my honest review.
