Is a very thick oil, I wanted to like it since I love the shampoo and conditioner, the oil did nothing for me, and it felt really thick on my hair no softness or manageability. it does not have a bad smell but it does not smell like the shampoo and conditioner, they smell so good, with this product you can definitely smell the oil part in a faint distance.
Wanted to love but disappointed
Wanted to love this product with all the reviews but sadly it was a big disappointment. I have fine and thin hair and i love using oils. This oil with just one or two drops makes your hair feel thick, heavy and oily.
Ulta is terrible!
Second order with Ulta and they are horrible. They didn't send one of the products I ordered but charged me for it. Now they are giving me the run around on the replacement and refund. Won't purchase from the again. Will go directly through CECRED.
