I have 4b-4c hair that is shoulder length. I love the hydrating shampoo but THIS...is not hydrating at all. I don't use this anymore as there is no slip and does nothing for me. I switched to Joico moisture conditioner (the blue one) and it's so much better. I love the hair mask from this brand but this hydrating conditioner is ready for the trash. Maybe it works for someone else. Just not me
