I bought this hairdryer at a well known retailer. I purchased it because it looked versatile and less bulky than my current (aging) hairdryer. It work for about 20 seconds then it cut out. Tried it again, and it shut off after just a few seconds. I tried different outlets and still would not stay on...

I bought your hair dryer in June 2025. After 2–3 weeks, it began overheating, blinking, and stopping multiple times per use. Customer care only kept asking me to try "different outlets" (even washing machine ones!) instead of resolving the issue. Really disappointed. 😕
Save your money
I am so disappointed in this hairdryer. While it does dry my hair quickly, I notice a significant amount of knotting while drying my hair, it does not help me achieve volume with any of the attachments, the device itself is heavy, my scalp burns when the heat is on high, and I've noticed an increase in dryness/breakage. It's not worth the price tag to me. I have fine, wavy hair for reference.

I bought this last December and by June it was not working consistently. The heat and air flow buttons will not work, leaving you with cold air and no heat. The attachments don't change it. You never know if it will actually work. Read the reviews, this is a common complaint.
Time saver!!
I let this sit in the box for a few days before opening it. I was pondering whether I really needed a new hair dryer. I am so glad that I kept it! I couldn't believe how fast it dried my hair, and required no straightening iron after to remove frizz. It is super easy to use, and the attachments are great. This thing is going to shave so much time off my " getting ready" schedule! A definite recommend.
