I love this blow dryer so much. I have type 4B hair and I use it every 1-2 weeks. It's super lightweight and is the fastest blower dryer I have used to get my hair completely dry with no heat damage (coupled with good hair products). SO DISAPPOINTED
I was excited to get this hairdryer/product due to how it's lightweight and it's baby bliss as I have several of their items overall do not like the performance of this item at all! I would only recommend this for someone who have very minimal hair as a child or a male, but not as a female who style...

Not loving it
I wanted to love this hair dryer but, alas, I can't. I love that it's compact and light, that the cord is long, and that it dries fast. I don't love that it tangles my hair into tight little knots, that the hot setting is scalding, and that it's is uncomfortable loud when the air is passing over my ears, to the point that I've tried to wear ear plugs. That said, my hair is on the dry side, and I've always had sensitive hearing. So you may still love it. Unfortunately, I kept wanting to love it for too long and can no longer return it.
Disappointed
I bought this dryer because I typically trust BaByliss to make great hair tools, but this hair dryer is just not good. It is lightweight but thats its only redeeming quality. It barely gets warm, and it also make my hair tangle, which has never been an issue with any other dryer I've owned. I ended up returning it for a dryer half the price, the Conair Smooth Wrap, that I ended up liking much more.
Stopped working at 15 months
Worked great until the heating element failed at 15 months! All it does now is blow cold air. You would think a hair dryer at this price point would last longer than 15 months!
Incredible tool for styling and blow outs
I was so impressed by this tool. I can freely style my hair with a brush, or blow it out and leave the house. I have extremely curly hair and I can virtually straighten it without an iron. I would highly recommend this dryer.
