I purchased this after my second baby to help with hair loss and thinning. After using for a week, my face broke out with acne like a teenager and I got two cold sores which I haven't had in years. These issues continued consistently until I stopped at 1 month of use (including getting 5 cold sores back to back). Since stopping, I haven't had a single issue. I can't speak to the results for hair growth unfortunately since it wasn't worth it for me to continue on the product.

I've been taking Nutrafol Women's Postpartum for a little over a month now. My hair was shedding like crazy, and I honestly wasn't sure if anything would help since I've tried so many things, but this actually worked. My hair feels healthier, and the shedding slowed down a lot within the first week. By the end of the month, I'm seeing a lot of baby hairs growing in. I received this complimentary from Nutrafol. I think this is a really great multivitamin to add to your routine. It's pretty simple to just grab along with other vitamins in the morning. The instructions are simple. I did notice that my fallout was much less significant when using this for over three months. I did see a halting in the amount of fallout after two months and significant results after four. I have new growth that has started. I've got about an inch now and it has been wonderful for that alone!
