Threw off my ph balance terribly. Don't recommend for smelling or tasting. No good results.

The gummies taste great & I got them at a good price point. I can't directly say if they made a big difference in my vaginal health. I don't feel significantly different in any way. I would buy a bigger supply & try for long term results.
