Nothing like I Expected
I really wanted to like this! After reading all of the positive, glowing reviews, I was so excited to try it out. I was particularly intrigued by the promise of feeling something magical after three minutes. Unfortunately for me, nothing happened to calm my mind or make me feel relaxed enough to sleep. No magic for me. I'm thinking it could be because the beads in the pods all shifted and fell down to the side of my head near the temples, taking the weight away from my eyes/forehead. I say weight with trepidation since the nodpod was really light. So putting it over my eyes would probably have had no effect even if the beads hadn't shifted. It did block light but fell off when I turned on my side. Having to remember to shift to the last two pods for side sleeping kind of defeated the purpose of making me sleepy. I ended up returning it to the store and got a nice powder foundation that I could actually test out before purchasing. I really hope the Nodpod works for you, but if it doesn't, remember that I tried to help you! 😊
Helps Me Get Better Sleep!
I LOVE this product! I get frequent migraines and struggle falling asleep and this has helped so much. I am also a side sleeper and the length of the product is great so I can toss and turn comfortably. I don't know all of the science behind it but the pressure on my eyes and sinus area really soothes me at night! I highly recommend this for that extra comfort while sleeping.
Now my whole family wants one
I love this! As someone who is learning to get on a better schedule with sleep this helps relax me and clam my eyes. I've gotten some great sleep lately! Now my mom & my sisters want one!
