Wanted to like this! The material made it difficult to stay on (even when pulled through the loop); my hair would make it slide off. It's nice that it's washable. Prefer the ability to use heat.

This is a soothing eye pillow for me when I put it in the freezer. I actually store mine in the freezer so that it's always ready to soothe sinus pressure or tired eyes. I liked it so much that I bought one for a friend. The only negative is the price.
