I love this thing.
I agree with the reviewers who say this helps with fluttering eyes. Sometimes i need all the help i can get to fall asleep and this really helps. It is soothing and soft. I am glad i invested in this and recommend to anyone who likes things like weighted blankets. I just need to find the care instructions for it and I'm golden.
Not a fan
Slides off head. Pretty useless and waste of money.
Helps me sleep but breaks me out!
This has been so helpful in helping me fall asleep faster and in more places ( like hotel rooms) but it always breaks me out! Even after I wash it it breaks me out so I cut up some old cotton t-shirts to wear under my nodpod and no more breakouts!
Would recommend
I am reviewing after having this for over 5 momths . In MY personal experience , this eye pillow really helps to "calm the eyes" . There are times where I close my eyes but they will still "flutter around" . May be due to anxiety and trouble falling asleep . The weights help calm my eyes and focus to sleep . My hubs had stress after coming home from work and was tired, but could not focus to sleep . I put the eye pillow on his eyes . He was skeptical but after a little bit , he was able to fall asleep. Im sure other weighted eye pillows work as well but this one , i would for sure recommend . I did purchase when it was on sale for beauty week . Only con, is of course , it can slip off the face since it is not secure to the head , but i am okay with this.
Comfortable Sleep
I feel like this product is a little weird at first, but give it three solid nights get to know it. Read the instructions. Decide which way of wearing is most comfortable for you personally, I found that I slipped more deeply and felt more comfort when wearing my nod pod.
