What I like most is how simple it is. I've been using this for about a month now, and I think I need more time before I can really judge the results. I haven't noticed a huge difference yet, but I'm hoping that's just because it takes longer to see a change with this kind of product. The actual routine is pretty easy though. It only takes 10 minutes, and the instructions are clear, so it's not something that feels like a huge chore to keep up with. I also like that you can adjust the strap to get a better fit on your head. It stays pretty secure once you have it positioned properly, and the whole thing is fairly straightforward to use. So far I'd say it's a decent product and easy enough to stick with, but I'm definitely reserving judgment on the results. I think I need to use it for quite a bit longer before I can say whether it's actually making a noticeable difference.
