Step 1: Charge up. Attach the battery to the back of the hat, aligning with the three magnetic dots until it clicks into place. Ensure it's fully charged before your first session.

Step 2: Power on. Press and hold the power button until you hear a beep and the red lights illuminate.

Step 3: Put it on and let it work. The battery will beep when your 10-minute session is complete.
