I got it for my mom for Christmas. She reallt enjoyed the pillow and its not only for back and neck. You could even use it for your calf and tummy too!!
Nice quality and effective- not sure about battery life.
I've charged it fully a few times and can't get it to run longer than 30-45 minutes between charges, and it takes at least 2 hours to fully charge. It has two massage settings and one heat setting. It appears very well made and it feels powerful/effective
