How to Use:
Remove the Wand cap and turn it on by pressing and holding either the cold or heat button for two seconds. Do not use the device while the cap is attached to either end.
Begin the treatment of your choice by quickly pressing the cold or heat button. The blue LED light will turn on during the cold treatment and the orange LED light will turn on during the heat treatment.
The cold and heat treatments each have three temperature settings: cold, colder, and coldest; warm, warmer, and warmest. To change the temperature, quickly press the cold or heat button a second or third time. The LED light will brighten as the temperature intensity increases, and will flash once at the lowest intensity, twice at the second intensity, and three times at the third intensity setting.
Use the Wand on one side of your face, gently gliding the device underneath your eyes and throughout your face in upward and outward motions.
During any point in your treatment, you can turn off the Wand by pressing the cold or heat button for two seconds. The LED light will turn off when it is off.
How to Clean: For everyday use, wipe the base of the device with a damp cloth or alcohol-free cleansing wipe. Clean the applicator tip with a solution containing less than 70% alcohol or an antibacterial wipe between uses and/or users. Avoid using alcohol solutions or antibacterial wipes on any other parts of the device. After cleaning, allow the device to dry thoroughly before storing or beginning another treatment.
Note: The Depuffing Wand is not waterproof. Do not submerge the device in water or clean it under running water.

Worth every penny!!
This little miracle worker is, as stated, worth every penny. I didn't purchase it specifically for the benefits listed as highlights, though the cold feature IS highly effective for the under eye area. I bought this for use as a migraine and swollen optic nerve tool. Due to a medical condition, i wake up with super swollen eyes due to an overproduction of spinal fluid. It's painful, annoying, and ugly. I run about two cycles of this around my eyes, and the relief is insanely good. I also use this for migraines, as i also wake up every day with one of those too. Two cycles at the temples, top of the nose, and frontal sinus and it cuts the pain down by probably half. As far as the heat settinf, i didnt think i'd actually ever use it. Wrong - it's equally effective for a different reason. Ive recently had some issues with my medication that has caused the worse muscle cramps and spasms in the legs and arms. The heat feature is legit everythingggg when it comes to this. While using, i sort of pick up the tool and press it down repeatedly across the length of the cramp. After it shuts off once, i use it again to massage the area and help release the cramping. I repeat, this is worth every penny (on sale or not.) It's helped me more than rxs, stretching, and even rhe chiropractor. The only thing i would change is the annoying way it shuts off regularly, but i understand the reasoning behind it. If you ask me how i know, i could show tou the ice burn scar on my back from using cold therapy for too long. If you experience any kind of chronic pain, i highly recommend giving this a go to see if it provides any form of release. I even travel with it and get risky with it in my bag (it sort of looks like a fun-time toy lol.) i would also like to share that i actually purchased this - it was NOT gifted. I also complete those kinds of reviews, so i get the apprehension behind reading and believing such long amounts of feedback. Points were used, so with girl-math it WAS free, but honestly i LOVE THIS THING.
So good for acne
The TheraFace Depuffing Wand has been a game changer for calming my inflamed acne and giving my skin a more refreshed, rested look. I first experienced the wand when I visited my esthetician and she used it during my treatment. I loved how it felt on my skin, and I immediately noticed that my skin looked less red and inflamed afterward. She suggested that I try an icing wand at home. While an ice cube can certainly work, it melts quickly, gets water everywhere, and can remove or disrupt the skincare products underneath. I decided to invest in the same wand my esthetician uses, and I'm so glad I did! One of my favorite features is the range of temperature settings. Being able to choose between hot and cold and adjust the temperature depending on what my skin needs is incredibly convenient. I also love the shape of the tip because it makes it easy to work around the natural contours of my face and reach areas that can be harder to treat. Since incorporating it into my routine, I've noticed that my acne looks less inflamed, my skin looks noticeably firmer, and I look much less tired and puffy. LOVE IT!
One of my favorite ways to start and end the day. I use the cool setting in the morning & the heat setting in the evening. It gets way colder and hotter than expected. I also use the heat setting when I have a migraine as a way to release facial tension. Buy it! You will have zero regrets.
Great Choice
I purchased this wand pretty confident that it woukd incorporate into ky skincare routine seamlessly. It exceeded my expectations. I use the heat when i want to do a pampering session or my skincare products do not have actives (retinol, vit c, etc.) and my skin sprays feels supple. The cold is great for depuffing and I recently had two major oral surgeries in one day. I have used this to help with the swelling and pain. It's not advertised as such, but I have been able to use this device in a few ways. I'm happy to have it!

my box was empty. When I contacted customer service I got a canned AI response saying the product was put into the shipping container so they weren't going to refund or resend. Really? I pay for someone's theft?!?
