First, start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort. Next, turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial. Select a routine and press Start. Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button. After the session is completed, remove the mask. It will power down automatically. Finally, clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Cannot speak to any difference in my skin because I am just starting in my second week of a recommended eight week treatment. Easy to use mask is easily adjusted to fit. not cumbersome at all.especially like under eye cooling feature.

I bought this about a year ago. I've had horrible skin ever since I turned 25. I also had horrible Eczema on my eyelids that medication wouldn't even help. I used the mask everyday, and by the 3rd use, the Eczema was completely gone. Hasn't been back since! My skin is so clear, my redness is gone, the my skin glows 24/7 now, and the under eye cooling has absolutely changed my life.

this has become my new go-to in my routine!! i've been using the Skin Clearing mode quite a bit and have seen some improvements in my skin texture. the coverage on this one is quite full especially around the eyes and mouth area which is where i really needed it :) the InstaChill cooling is my FAVORITE part, it feels soo luxe and soothing, especially after a long day. it feels really high quality and not flimsy at all which also makes it easy to clean and maintain. if you've been on the fence about LED masks, this is the one i'd recommend starting with :)
