Put on your device. Place the device on clean, dry skin. Remove makeup, eyeglasses, and contact lenses prior to use.
Adjust your device. Place the device on your head and adjust the strap. The device should perfectly align with your temples and sit comfortably on your nose bridge for 100% blackout. The strap should sit just above your ears. For a full light block experience, tighten the strap by adjusting the buckle. Moving it to the right makes it tighter and to the left makes it looser. The heart rate sensor should maintain contact with your cheekbone.
Turn on the device. Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
Choose a treatment. Press the power button again to toggle through the three modes: SmartRelax, Headaches & Eye Strain, and Sleep Prep.
Adjust the vibration setting. Press the vibration button to toggle through the vibration settings available in your selected treatment. Press and hold the vibration button to turn off the vibration.
Adjust the heat temperature. Press the heat button to add heat to your treatment and to toggle through the three heat temperature options. Press and hold the heat button to turn off the heat.
Customize and enhance your treatment using the Therabody app. You can also select and customize your treatment preferences in the Therabody app. Save your favorite routines and settings in the Therabody app for easy access to the treatments you use most. You can also see how your heart rate is impacted by your treatment by viewing your biometrics at the end of each session in the Therabody app. Listen to specially composed TheraMind sound therapy, designed using science-backed techniques to melt away stress and help with sleep, through the Therabody app.
Sit back and relax. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment. Avoid frequent movement during treatment as it may impact heart rate tracking.
Turn off the device. Press and hold the power button to turn off the device. Make sure the Battery status LED is OFF. The device will automatically shut off following your treatment.

Great for headaches or sleepless nights!
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. These are awesome for when I can't fall asleep or when I have a headache. The massage and heat feature is awesome!! Only issue is that the light that comes from the bpm sensor can be distracting when I want it to be dark or am trying to sleep with them on. Highly recommend!
Amazing and it makes sleep come so easy
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I loved this. I loved it so much. The straps are adjustable, it has a travel pouch with a charging cord, and there are three different settings for vibration and heat. I've tried to use it multiple times, so I have a good baseline, but my problem is I fall asleep within a few minutes and I wake up to it completely off over 15 minutes later. It is a 15 minute time to use the product before it turns off. It helped with tension headaches and it's completely light blocking. Perfect.
Almost Perfect!
I would say this gadget is almost perfect! And I actually have a much cheaper eye massager mask from another brand, that I was able to compare the Therabody smart goggles, to. And honestly, the cheap no name brand doesn't even compare. The Therabody mask is superior in that it has two levels for heat. And the cushioning around your face is wonderful. There are three different massage options. And I like that the buttons are at the top of the goggles rather than the side. Which allows me to lay on my side and fall asleep, if I don't fall asleep laying face up. Some people mentioned that these goggles made it difficult for them to fall asleep with and I very much disagree. I find them very comfortable and laying on my side was not a problem. Also, the light droning noise from the massaging mechanism does not bother me whatsoever. I don't know why some people expected it to be completely silent, and are bothered by the noise. But compared to the cheaper brand I also have, the noise on the smart goggles is minimal And almost relaxing. The only negatives I would say about these goggles is that there is a sensor on the interior that when the cushioning touches your face, the sensor triggers a red light that you can kind of see in your peripheral vision in a completely dark room. And in the beginning that kind of bothered me. It doesn't matter if your eyes are closed because the red light is bright enough that you can still kind of see it. That sensor connects to an app that tracks your heart rate. That is the other negative. I don't really find the app necessary, but some people find it useful to pre-program different massages. The app also has different Sounds like white noise, rain and music to use in conjunction with the goggles. However, These goggles don't have a speaker in them. So you are going to need earbuds to fully experience the sounds from the app while you're using the goggles. A lot of people find this inconvenient. For me, it doesn't really matter because I don't use the app. And I don't tend to use my earbuds when I'm using the goggles because I am just trying to use the massage part, and fall asleep. I don't need the immersive experience of sounds/music during the massages. I feel like the goggles could've skipped the heart rate sensor and added a speaker instead. I really do like these goggles and they have helped me relax, sleep and help get rid of headaches. The heat option is my favorite part. Love the storage case too.
Wonderful
I was a little hesitant at first, wondering how an eye massager would be able to help me sleep as an insomniac but I was pleasantly surprised that it helped me fall asleep within half an hour of using it. It fits pretty comfortably on the face.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These goggles are comfortable and true to their word. The different vibration and heating settings allows for a diverse use. The battery life last long and the adjustable strap allows the blackout function to work amazing!
