- Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds until the display flashes, you hear a beep, and the LED turns on.
- Select the LED color, intensity level, and other settings.
- Set the timer from 10–30 minutes in 5-minute increments.
- Use for 20 minutes.* 6. Press the Power Button to turn off, or let the timer end automatically.
