So what if one has purchased these from a different retailer. The quality should be the same, especially for the price. I will reach out to customer service with the batch number. I was so looking forward to using thses, but this is ridiculous!

I've been swearing by the water French hydration eye patches for years, and those work so well. I wanted to branch out and try something new, but these are dry and don't seem to do the same trick. I'll be going back to the other ones
