How come it can't be used on the eyelids like other products can?

- Official Answer By Rodan + Fields - Brand EngageWe suggest a small amount – the size of a small pea is enough for both eyes. The cream may warm a bit or migrate closer to the eye. This is why we recommend not applying on the eyelid to avoid eye irritation.Was this answer helpful to you

Is this hypo allergenic?

Rodan + Fields conducts irritancy studies on all of its products, and the products are demonstrated to be safe-to-use. However, we cannot assure that any product is allergy-free as everyone’s skin type is different. This is why we invite those who are concerned about allergies to review the ingredient list with their doctor and patch test all new products prior to usage. For those who are concerned that their skin may be reactive or sensitive to ingredients, we recommend patch testing on the jaw line in a small area before introducing them on their face. We recommend you test products using the following instructions for three days, three times a day. 1. Apply a small amount of the product on your jaw line or neck. When you are testing a cleanser, apply it for 30 seconds then rinse it off. 2. Apply each product on a separate area. When you test again, re-apply the products in the same area as originally applied. 3. Watch for any signs of redness, dryness, irritation, or swelling. 4. If concerned about a sensitivity to products used near the eye area. Apply a product on either temple area 3 times a day for 3 days, and watch for redness, irritation, swelling or watering eyes. If this occurs, do not use the product. If you determine you are sensitive to a product, discontinue use.
