Use enclosed spatula to gently lift and separate each patch. Apply onto clean, dry under-eye area with the thickest part at the outer corner. Repeat on the other side. Leave on for 10 minutes and discard after use. Gently pat remaining serum into skin. Do not wash off. Use daily, or as often as needed. Use chilled for extra de-puffing effect.

These are awful
These pads are slimy, difficult to apply, and huge. It's difficult to get the pad anywhere near the undereye without it actually getting into the inner corner of the lower lid. They also slid right down my face. I don't recommend them.
