I originally ran across HUM products on the free people website and was struggling with numerous issues from gut issues (chronic constipation), to low energy, to chronic UTIS and yeast infections, thin & brittle nails. I believe whole heartedly our diet a...nd lifestyle is a huge factor in many issues we have..and I am a healthy eater (mostly veggies and small amounts of meat), healthy body weight and enjoy being active. I have never really taken a lot of supplements on a consistent basis..so I was SKEPTICAL. I started out with WING MAN, DAILY CLENSE, and KILLER NAILS. After about 10 days I noticed my constipation was better, I was going to the bathroom daily. never happened. so I stuck with it...after 3 weeks i noticed my skin was looking overall better I was having the energy and urge to do actual workouts. So..since July I have added more HUM products to my daily regimen and I could not be MORE impressed with EVERY SINGLE SUPPLEMENT IVE TAKEN. I am consistent I take them daily in separate doses for maximum absorption and effectiveness. Now to private party....I was skeptical..ive recently become a big believer in how hormonal birth control can alter pretty much everything in our bodies and when I went back and looked at the last 5-7 years and when my vaginal issues began and what may have caused that..I came up with one thing..long term use of hormonal birth control...I am a nurse...so I was dedicated and determined to find an alternative solution to fixing the issue besides consistent treatment with antibiotics and yeast pills. I am a FIRM believer that we OVERUSE antibiotics in our healthcare world and it will only begin to have devastating effects as we develop resistance to overuse of these medications. Most of my vaginal issues were related to sex. I am married so I've had one long term partner...so to say its super frustrating to get a UTI after having sex is an understatement. And to be told I will need to be on a daily preventative antibiotic to treat this reoccurring problem..even more frustrating. That goes against everything I believe and know to be true. So I thought...ill give private party a try since all other HUM product have been beneficial...still I was skeptical. I have been on this supplement for almost 2 months, so before I wrote a review I needed to know how it as truly going to work long term for me. IT WORKS YALL. PERIOD. I would not judge this product until you have truly given it 6-8 weeks of daily use..and even though you may get the occasional UTI or vaginal issue (cause nothing is 100% effective 100% of the time) it should without a doubt, DRASTICALLY reduce the issues you've had long term with continued use! You have nothing to lose..and so much to gain when you finally feel like your vagina isn't a complete traitor. BUY IT. TRY IT. IT'S A WONDERFUL, LIFE CHANGING PRODUCT!
