DO NOT TAKE ORALLY With clean hands, insert 1 suppository into the vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 14 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. Avoid sexual intercourse when using this product. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. If using The Killer® along with Flora Power™ we recommend using The Killer® first for anywhere between 1-14 days, depending on your body's needs, and then Flora Power™ for up to 5 days. You'll want to use just one suppository at a time and complete a run of one product before moving onto the next.

I used this for the first time last night. Inserted it about finger deep. This morning when I woke up and went to the bathroom the capsule was still intact and it came out while I went to the bathroom. It had a full 10 hours in my vagina to dissolve so why didn't it?

To use both The Killer and Flora Power™️, we recommend using The Killer between 1 to 14 days to help balance vaginal yeast and pH. After The Killer®️, you can use Flora Power™️ for as little as 1 to 5 days to help manage vaginal bacteria afterwards! - Official Answer By Love Wellness - YotpoVaginal imbalance is common and can occur due to a number of day-to-day pH disruptors like stress, hormonal changes, your period, sex, or sitting too long in sweaty gym leggings/wet bathing suits. The Killer supports and maintains optimal acidity to tackle symptoms of vaginal yeast imbalance, and is safe for use as a spot treatment, or for up to 14 days in a row when symptoms are more acute. It's not out of the ordinary to struggle with vaginal imbalance and experience recurring symptoms, in which case after a 14-day treatment, you may benefit from using one suppository a week (then one every 2 weeks), or just need it after sex/your period to help keep your pH in check. However if your symptoms don’t ease at all after a 14-day treatment, and you feel you need to use The Killer for 14 days every month, we recommend you speak with your doctor. Additionally, some customers’ partners have noticed a 'gritty' feeling (completely normal) during intercourse if they didn't wait long enough for everything to clear up and be absorbed, so definitely give it a few days if you can. I got this as my Gynecologist suggested I get this as nothing else was working to rid my yeast infection.
