I received a complimentary tin of the Cravings Quick Melt Strips to try before they were released and I was excited and grateful to be given this opportunity! Unfortunately, the strips did not work for me :( The berry flavor wasn't bad except for the slight medicinal taste it left behind once the strip was fully dissolved. The taste was easily washed away with a sip of water. While I am disappointed that these didn't work for me, I hope they do provide cravings support for others. Thank you Love Wellness for giving me the opportunity to try them, I appreciate it!

I am pro chromium and if you can tolerate the taste, you might like these. One of the worst things I have tasted in a long time. It also stayed in my mouth for what felt like forever no matter what I drank. Would love if all of these quick strips came without overpowering flavors.

The taste of these is great! I've tried them a few times but can't really say if they help with cravings or not. I'm not the biggest snacker anyway. They melt nicely on your tongue though and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor!
