I just cannot bring myself to use these regularly. I love the convenience and already use the bye bye bloat supplement nightly. For some reason though, a strip just doesn't appeal to me .

I have IBS so bloating is something I deal with constantly. I use the Bye Bye Bloat capsules with every meal and absolutely love them! So I was very excited when I received a complimentary pack of these new Quick Melt Bloat Strips. The strips are super convenient to use on the go and I love the re-usable tin package. However, the efficacy of the strips are just ok in comparison to the capsules. I am also not a fan of the flavor as the mint isn't quite strong enough to balance out the fennel. I absolutely hate the taste of anise and black licorice, and fennel has a similar flavor profile, just less pungent. I have subscribed to the product for now as the portability can't be beat and hopefully the effectiveness increases, while the taste aversion decreases. With all that being said, I would still recommend them as they may work and taste better for someone else!

I got a sample of this in my last subscription and was very excited to try them. I use the capsules but a quick melt strip appealed to me for travel and throwing in my purse for a quick fix. So glad I bought more. They work!
Bad taste
Ew ew ew bad taste! Not sure if it worked for blaoting because within 5-10 seconds of it being in my mouth I spit it out it was so gross.

I love the idea behind these strips as they are super convenient to use on the go. The tin that the strips come in is great and can be reused once the strips are finished. The cost is a bit steep for 15 strips and the product efficacy is just ok. I am not fond of the taste as the anise-like flavor of the fennel overpowers the mint. However, if you are a fan of anise and black licorice, you should find the strips to be pleasant tasting!
